Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers

Hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers work as volumizers to enhance facial features and fill wrinkles. Results can last several months and can be maintained with follow-up injection sessions.

Juvéderm® – The Juvéderm® family of HA fillers includes Juvéderm® XC, Juvéderm® XC+, and Juvéderm® Voluma. Juvéderm® Voluma is particularly effective for cheek augmentation, and Juvéderm® XC and Juvéderm® XC+ are often injected to fill and smooth facial folds and wrinkles.

Belotero® – This HA filler has a thin consistency and can be ideal for fine lines in delicate areas such as under the eyes and around the lips.

Revanesse® Versa™ – Revanesse® Versa is designed to treat moderate to severe facial creases.

 

Biostimulatory Dermal Fillers

The following injectables are a great option for targeting wrinkles and creases and promoting long-term improvements in skin elasticity and firmness by stimulating the body’s collagen formation process.

Radiesse® – Radiesse® contains calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), which works to add volume and boost collagen production.

Bellafill® – This injectable is made with bovine collagen and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres and can be ideal for addressing nasolabial folds and acne scars.

Sculptra® – The active ingredient in Sculptra® is poly-L-lactic acid, which kickstarts the body’s production of collagen to gradually replace lost volume in the treated area.

 

Fat Reduction Injectable

Kybella® – This unique injectable can eliminate fullness under the chin. Kybella® causes controlled fat cell death, allowing for a gradual reduction in the appearance of a “double chin” for a more defined jawline.

 

The Injectable Consultation

Since injectable treatments have such a wide range of capabilities, we’ll first need to have a one-on-one consultation with you to discuss your desired results and examine the proposed treatment site(s). During this appointment, we’ll also review your medical history and ask you about your known allergies. A personalized treatment plan can then be created for you.

 

What to Expect During an Injectable Session

All of our injectable sessions conveniently take place in our state-of-the-art med spa. We’ll make sure you’re comfortable and then administer a series of injections, as agreed upon during your consultation. Most sessions take an hour or less.

 

What to Expect After an Injectable Session

Your exact recovery process and result timetable will depend on which injectable was utilized and the extent of your treatment. Minor redness, swelling, and discomfort may occur after cosmetic injections, but these symptoms typically subside within a few days. Avoid direct sunlight as directed, and follow all aftercare instructions provided.
